Welcome to PVH Medical

All consultations are currently being carried out over the phone, known as telehealth. Your doctor will assess if your healthcare needs can be managed at home or if you need to come in. You can book online or call us. Please do not come to the clinic without booking first.

Make sure you wear a mask at the clinic. If you have children with you who aren’t wearing a mask, we may ask you to wait in your car until called.

Standard telehealth consultations with a doctor will be bulk billed but a fee might apply for long or complicated consultations. Your doctor will advise you of any fees at the time of your telehealth consultation.

We’ve made this temporary change to prioritise patients with serious health conditions, protect patients and staff, and help stop the spread of coronavirus.

While we manage our call volumes at this busy time, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Making an appointment

Our practice is based on appointments only.

We encourage you to see your regular doctor to allow for continuity of care. If your regular GP is unavailable, we can arrange an appointment with one of our other GPs.

If the matter is urgent, we can triage you via our nursing team and treatment room.

To make a booking, tap on the button below or call (03) 9304 0500.
